Step 1 – Click on Create Profile
The first step is to logon to the EOBI website portal. Remember that this portal works only five days a week from Monday to Friday. It would not be accessible on other days.
In order to use the EOBI Facilitation System for Employers and Employees, the Employer’s representative should first create its Employer’s User Profile through the portal. For this purpose, click on the Create Profile.
Step 2 – Provide the Required Details
The second step requires the Employer’s authorized user to input the necessary information into the portal to create the Employer’s User. After entering the details, click the “Submit” button. This stage necessitates information including your full name, phone number, designation, company name (name of establishment), email address, and main code. When all details are entered, press the “Submit Details” button. Employers registered with EOBI already have the main code provided. If it is unavailable, feel free to contact the relevant EOBI officer.
Step 3 – Successful Submission
The Employer’s representative will receive an informed notification of a Successful Submission once they have filled out all the required fields in Step 2. If everything is alright, the EOBI Officer will receive a message for approval.
Step 4 – First Email from EOBI
Once the company’s representative submits the details, he will receive the email containing the login information. Make sure to note down the credentials, as you will need them later to log in to the Facilitation System.
Step 5 – Congratulatory Email from EOBI
If the details are found correct, the EOBI officer will give the approval. After the approval, the employer’s representative will receive the Congratulatory message on the email he provided earlier on. In this email, the complete credentials will be provided. These credentials will be required for logging in to EOBI Facilitation System. The Login Link will be available in this email, or click here to Login with the credentials once approved.
